Local Service Area

Projects within 25 miles of Bella's Farm Supply are included at no additional travel charge.

Regional Travel (26–125 Miles)

• Mileage: $0.75 per mile (round trip)

OR

• Flat Travel Fee: $500 per visit

Extended Travel (Over 125 Miles)

Client is responsible for:

• Airfare (if applicable)
• Rental Vehicle or Ground Transportation
• Hotel Accommodations
• Parking and Tolls
• Per Diem: $125/day

In addition to:

Travel Day Rate

Travel days requiring more than four (4) hours of transit will be billed at:

• $750 per travel day

Multi-Day On-Site Projects

For projects requiring multiple consecutive days on-site:

• Travel expenses billed at cost
• Hotel accommodations billed at cost
• Per diem billed at $125/day
• Travel day rate applies on arrival and departure days

Emergency On-Site Support

For emergency response requests requiring travel within 48 hours:

• Expedited Service Fee: $1,500 plus standard travel expenses

International Travel

Quoted on a project-by-project basis.
